OpenSim:ModelPartition is our distributed realtime control systems solution. The figure below shows a generic distributed system with multiple realtime targets and hardware interfaces.

OpenSim:ModelPartition allows you to automatically distribute your model from one Simulink diagram to multiple realtime targets without having to write any extra code. It also automatically sets up the communication between targets and allows you to control and monitor all the different components of your model from a single user interface.
